1. Who we are

ReviewLoft (“the Service”) is operated by Media Yard LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Jersey, USA (“we”, “us”). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Media Yard LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.

2. The Service

ReviewLoft gives your business a rating link and QR code. Customers who use it choose a star rating; every customer is offered the option to post a review on your Google Business Profile, and customers may additionally send you private feedback that is delivered to your dashboard and email. ReviewLoft is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure; anyone who controls your inbox can access your ReviewLoft account. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.

4. Early access & future pricing

• The Service is currently free while in early access. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, you’ll get at least 30 days’ notice before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your explicit signup.
• When paid plans launch, payments will be processed securely by Stripe; we will never see or store your card details.

5. Your content & customer feedback

You own your business information and the private feedback collected through your rating page. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and deliver that content solely to provide the Service. We claim no other rights to it. Private feedback is shown only to you — it is never published by the Service.

6. Acceptable use — reviews must stay honest

ReviewLoft is built to comply with review-platform rules, and you must use it that way. You must not:

• use the Service to solicit or post fake, purchased, or incentivized reviews, or to review your own business;
• attempt to modify or misuse the Service to prevent unhappy customers from reaching Google — the Service intentionally offers the Google option to every rater, and interfering with that violates Google’s review policies and, in the US, FTC rules on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465);
• offer customers payment or rewards in exchange for positive ratings;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, or use the Service to send spam;
• attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Termination & data export

You may stop using the Service and delete your businesses at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms. On request before or within 30 days after account closure, we will provide an export of your account data and feedback records.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no guarantee about the number, content, or rating of reviews your business will receive. Google’s handling of reviews is entirely outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Yard LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you have paid nothing).

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify Media Yard LLC against third-party claims arising from your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, including claims arising from how you solicit reviews.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
