ReviewLoft is $29/month per location, billed monthly, and your first 14 days are free. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Easiest way (no sign-in): find your business on Google Maps, tap Share → Copy link, and paste it into your dashboard. Customers land on your profile and tap “Write a review.” One tap better: sign in at business.google.com and click “Ask for reviews” — that link (g.page/r/…/review) opens the review box directly.
Every business row in your dashboard has a Download QR link (a print-ready PNG) and a Print door sign link — a ready-made sheet with your QR code, designed to be printed and posted by the register or door. Your link and QR never change, so a printed sign keeps working even if you edit the business name or Google link.
The dashboard can ask an AI assistant the question a customer would ask (“best [your category] in [your area]”) and show whether your business comes up. If you’re not mentioned yet, the panel includes a 5-move plan — and the full explanation lives at How AI recommendations work.
When a customer sends private feedback, it lands in your dashboard inbox and in your email, with whatever contact details they chose to leave. It is never published anywhere. Mark items resolved once you’ve made it right, or delete them permanently.
Yes — every customer sees the same Google review button first, before rating anything, so there is no review gating. The details are in our FAQ.
The short version: minimal data by design, no ad trackers, no cookies for your customers. The full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service — plus an AI disclosure covering exactly what the AI check shares, and a Data Processing Agreement for business customers whose compliance programs need one. For privacy requests, email legal@getreviewloft.com.
