ReviewLoft for veterinarians
One QR code at your checkout counter asks every pet owner to review you on Google — no questions first. Anyone can message you privately too.
14-day free trial · No credit card · 60-second setup
Owners whose dog is fine go home relieved and silent — grief and billing stress often write the reviews people see. Meanwhile, when someone searches “best vet near me,” Google says “more reviews and positive ratings can help your business’s local ranking.” The fix isn’t asking harder. It’s making the review one tap away at the right moment: as they check out with a healthy pet.
Your pet owner scans the ReviewLoft QR code as they check out with a healthy pet. No app, no account.
No question first: every pet owner sees the same one-tap Google review button, then an optional star rating.
Any pet owner can also send you a private message, which comes to your email — soa bill during a stressful visit can become a conversation.
Most don't — asking face-to-face feels awkward, and emailed links get ignored. ReviewLoft replaces the ask with a QR code at your checkout counter: the pet owner scans and sees your Google review button straight away — every pet owner, before they rate anything.
They see exactly what everyone else sees: the Google review button, and the option to message you privately. If they choose to message you — say, after a bill during a stressful visit — it comes straight to your email, so you can make it right. Whether they also post on Google is up to them.
No. Every customer sees the same Google review button first, before rating anything, and every customer can also message you privately. Asking only satisfied customers is against Google’s review policy, so ReviewLoft never does it.
